MANAGED ALCOHOL SUPPORTS TOOLKIT: COMMUNITY OF LEARNING REPORT

This report was drafted by the HR HOPEH research team in partnership with Calgary's Collaborative for Health and Home, and with Alberta Health Services, The Alex Community Health Centre, Carewest, and Trinity Place Foundation of Alberta. It is the result of a Community of Learning event that took place in February of 2020. This event included presentations from local shelter, supportive housing, and long-term care contexts about how they offer managed alcohol supports locally. It also included breakout groups with representatives from agencies with an interest in managed alcohol supports, where questions were answered and strategies for implementing and evaluating these supports were discussed.
