'The Exchange' Resident Advisory Group at Harbour House recommended the co-creation of a resident etiquette and 'unspoken facts' booklet. This was the first document compiled by 'The Exchange' with the HR HOPEH project, intended to ease new residents' transition to Harbour House and improve their social outcomes. Names/images/locations have been redacted from this document to protect resident identities.
